European and National Operational Programs Directorate consists of two departments -Programs and Projects and Municipal Development Plan. Its activities include coordination, preparation and submission of municipal projects for financing under European programs, other international financial instruments or national operational programs. The directorate keeps a record of the current and completed projects, financed through national operational programs. It also coordinates the work related to the infrastructure projects’ sustainability, elaborates budget forecasts for the projects in a submission, evaluation and financing process. It is also involved in the organization, coordination and elaboration of the Municipal Development Plan and its implementation.
